Cell Therapy – TRAcking, Circulation & Safety (CT-TRACS) Workshop
We would like to thank you for your participation at the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult and HESI Seminar Series at Guy’s Hospital, London.
We hope that this meeting has given you some further insight into considerations for developing your commercialisation strategy
within your own organisation.
If you have any questions please do let our events team know at firstname.lastname@example.org
The workshop was organised by Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult and the HESI CT-TRACS committee (HESI)
Targeted at late stage developers, the event program has enabled attendees to;
– Identify challenges and opportunities to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the safety assessment of cell therapy products.
– Gain a perspective from a broad range of stakeholders from design through to implementation.
– Learn about in vivo cell tracking approaches and their role in supporting clinical translation, as well as methods for evaluating the potential tumorigenicity risk of cell-based therapeutic products.
– Explore international opportunities to connect with stakeholders and improve your ability to develop and implement effective safety standards.
The Health and Environmental Sciences Institute, a global non-profit organization based in Washington DC, USA, is a recognized leader in bringing together multidisciplinary teams to solve the tough scientific challenges around risk assessment and safety. The CT-TRACS committee was established with the mission to contribute to the safe application of cell-based therapies in patients, by working with a broad range of stakeholders (public and private sector research scientists, regulators, clinicians, health foundations, and technology developers) to enhance confidence in the safe use of cell therapy technologies.
